50gr unsalted butter
100gr white chocolate
60ml (4msk) Liqourice syrup (Urta Islandica)
1/8 tsk liqourice salt (Urta Islandica) (or seasalt from Nordur Salt)

Rice crispies with artic thyme
50gr unsalted butter

100gr white chocolate
60ml (4msk) Artic Thyme syrup (Urta Islandica)
1/8 tsk gray lava salt (Urta Islandica)
1 msk dried artic thyme (Urta Islandica eða Blóðbergsgarðurinn)
3 cups rice crispies

Rice crispies with birch
50gr unsalted butter
100gr white chocolate
60ml (4msk) birchsyrup (Urta Islandica)
1/2 tsk artic salt (Urta Islandica)
1 msk dried birch 
3 cups rice crispies

How To make:

The butter, white chocolate and the syrup melted together on slow heat. Salt and birch or artic thyme

added (to the recipe it goes with) Rice crispies added and stirred together. Then put in the fridge and

when it gets hard you can cut it down to pieces.
