  • Fillet of Arctic Salmon
  • Freshly grounded black pepper
  • Kelp- and garlic salt from Urta Islandica
  • Rhubarb chutney with Angelica from Urta Islandica 
  • Hazelnut Chips

 

Season the salmon with kelp-garlic salt and pepper. Place skin side down, on a non-stick baking sheet or on a non-stick pan with an oven-proof handle.

Preheat the oven to 180°C.

Spread a layer of the Rhubarb Chutney over the salon. Cook in oven for 20-30 min. until the salmon is ready and the Rhubarb chutney is golden brown. Serve with Rucola, feta cheese, cucumber and tomatoes.

Newly baked bread with butter and a sprinkle of kelp-garlic salt makes the final touch to the dish.
